Air Miser™
and Mini Wipe™ air wipes are known for
efficiency, economy, and quiet operation. They use
precision controlled air flow to save air, reduce
noise and dramatically cut energy consumption to
dry wire, cable, strip and extruded products.

- SoundBarrier™
works with Air Wipes to help block noise associated
with drying wire, cable and other extruded products.
Extremely effective, SoundBarrier significantly decreases
noise levels and contains liquids removed by typical
air wipe applications.

- Cable
Jacket Strippers remove jackets quickly and easily
without damaging the valuable core. A protective stripping
tool and rotating blade work together to lift, cut
and separate the jacket from bare or braided cable
cores.

- Take-up
and Pay-off Stands offer roll-on, roll-off convenience.
One person can easily load or unload reels manually
by rolling them into place over the beveled edge.
Our arbor-type stands are sturdy, adjustable, economical,
and offer adjustable heights for different reel diameters.

Payoff Stands feature hardened, conical pintles
and adjustable dog pins for varied arbor holes and
dog pin centers.

Saver™ buncher pay-off stands combine minimal
footprints with bases that nest behind one another

utilize a unique tensioning system to provide very
dependable, low maintenance service for even greater

- Spoolers
and Coilers are designed to produce neat, uniformly
wound packages free of defects. Saving valuable downtime,
they are ideal as an off-line quality inspection system
that will not interrupt the manufacturing process.

- Bendmaster®
II bends a wide range of ferrous and nonferrous
tubes, wires and bars from .059” - 1.25”
(1.5-31.75 mm) in diameter and accommodates materials
with fittings, beads and other irregularities with
optional special collets.

- Bourdon
Tube Benders automatically feed, form, bend, cut,
and eject 1,000 pieces per hour. Round (not costly
oval) tubing is fed to, and over a special mandrel,
forming its specified cross section shape.

- Golf
Ball Winders feature electronic tension control
to minimize thread abrasion and breaks. Starting and
running tension are infinitely variable with excellent
repeatability. First quality, maximum compression
balls are easily wound in 20 to 40 seconds.
