Jacket Strippers
Cable Jacket Strippers
remove jackets quickly and easily without damaging the valuable
core. A protective stripping tool and rotating blade work
together to lift, cut and separate the jacket from bare or
braided cable cores. Freestanding, bench mounted or custom
models quickly remove jackets from various cables with cores
from .030” - 4.00” (.76-102 mm) dia. The jacket
stripper can also work alongside an optional jacket puller
or puller/chopper for highly productive, semi-automatic operation.

and Pay-off Stands
Take-up and
Pay-off Stands offer roll-on, roll-off convenience. One
person can easily load or unload reels manually by rolling
them into place over the beveled edge. No more waiting for
forklifts, cranes or hoists. They are adjusted almost instantly
for various reel diameters and widths, and automatically permit
floor clearance. These rugged systems ensure minimal maintenance
and trouble-free service.

Pay-off Stands
Space Saver™
buncher pay-off stands combine minimal footprints with
bases that nest behind one another for maximum space savings.
Built to last, Space Savers utilize a unique tensioning system
to provide very dependable, low maintenance service for even
greater savings. Two durable standard size ranges are available
with optional independent electrical knockoffs located at
every spindle. Custom units and automatic tension adjustment
models are also available.

 Spoolers
and Coilers
Spoolers and
Coilers are designed to produce neat, uniformly wound
packages free of defects. Saving valuable downtime, they are
ideal as an off-line quality inspection system that will not
interrupt the manufacturing process. They may also be used
as a remedial measure to compensate for poorly wound spools
resulting from inadequate take-ups on older processing lines.
Dual spindle, single spindle and many custom designs are available.
