Air Wipe Sound and Liquid Containment System
 SoundBarrier™
works with Huestis Industrial Air Wipes to help block noise
associated with drying wire, cable and other extruded products.
Extremely effective, SoundBarrier significantly decreases
noise levels and contains liquids removed by typical air wipe
applications. Liquids removed by the Air Wipe can be reclaimed
and recycled through a drain in the bottom of the stainless
housing. Combined with Air Wipes already low noise levels
due to controlled airflow, SoundBarrier's noise suppressing
design offers extremely quiet operation.

Noise Suppression
- Stainless steel sound enclosure houses Huestis Industrial
Air Wipes for quiet, thorough drying of wire, cable and
extruded products.
- Efficient design significantly decreases Air Wipe noise
levels.
Liquid Containment
- Enclosed system contains liquids removed by the Air Wipe.
- Liquids can be reclaimed and recycled back to the process
through a drain fitting in the bottom of the housing.
- Covered system also helps reduce atomization of process
liquids.
Easy Air Wipe Mounting
- Integral splashguard serves as a stable mounting platform
for the Air Wipe and bracket guide.
- Accommodates various size Air Wipes for a wide range of
drying applications.
 Freestanding
Design
- Rugged frame features durable welded construction and
is easily positioned in process lines.
- Stable base plate features four (4) floor mounting holes.
Easy Line Height Adjustment
- Height is adjusted by turning the shaft adjustment nut
on the base shaft.
- Standard model accomodates line heights from 41”
- 47” (104 119 cm)
- Frame tube screws secure position.
Easy Threading/ Access
- A removable, clear cover opens for easy threading and
Air Wipe access.
Customized Inlet/ Exit Guides
- Inlet/ exit guides serve as gaskets to help contain noise
and process liquids.
- Rubber guides can be punched to accommodate specific process
sizes.
- Pre-punched guides are available.
Quick Release Air Fittings
- Two (2) quick release air fittings match applicable air
wipe hose size.
- Fittings are mounted to the rear wall for easy air supply
access.
Corrosion Resistant
- Stainless steel housing, splashguard and hinges offer
durable protection.
- Custom materials available.
