Saving space is a high priority for tight payoff layouts. Space Saver™ buncher payoff stands combine minimal footprints with bases that nest behind one another for maximum space savings.

Built to last, Space Savers utilize a unique tensioning system to provide very dependable, low maintenance service for even greater savings.

Two durable size ranges are available with optional independent electrical knockoffs located at every spindle.

Minimal Footprint

• Low profile base occupies minimal floor space.
• 30” x 32” (762 — 813 mm) required floor space for BPO 1000/1001.
• 34” x 41” (864 — 1041 mm) required for BPO 2000/2001.

Nesting Design

• Unique foot design allow Space Saver pay-offs to nest behind one another to provide as many ends as needed.

Efficient Spindles

• Aluminum spindles run on low-friction ball bearings for maximum efficiency.
• 10 total spindles on BPO 1000/1001 with 100 Lbs. (45 kg) capacity each.
• 8 total spindles on BPO 2000/2001 with 250 Lbs. (113 kg) capacity each.
• Custom designs of any number of spindles available on request.

Mechanical Tensioning System

• Unique mechanical tensioning system for each spindle provides dependable, hardworking service.
• Optional constant tension system.

Stable Construction

• Durable, intersecting vertical beam and dual foot construction provides a stable base platform.
• Beam is secured to heavy welded steel base supports.

Electric Braking System

• BPO 2000/2001 features an electric brake on each spindle.
• Provides tension control and rapid deceleration of heavier loads.

Independent Electrical Knockoffs

• Optional independent electrical knockoffs detect thread breaks.
• Can be located at every spindle. (BPO 1001/2001).
