How are your Buncher Pay-offs different from
other models?
Huestis Industrial Buncher Pay-off stands are well designed
and solidly built to last trouble-free for many years. Both
model BPO 1000 and BPO 2000 are available with independent
electrical knockoffs at every spindle. Both are built around
Huestis Industrial's unique and proven mechanical tensioning
system. These dependable, hardworking machines are also available
in special and custom designed variations upon request.
What are the specifications for Space Saver
BPO 1000?
This 10-spindle payoff occupies only 30 x 32 inches of floor
space. The standard model BPO 1000 pays wire off at a 76 inch
wire line height. Wire line height can be modified as required.
Space Savers nest behind one another to provide as many ends
as needed. BPO 1000 accepts 8 -12 diameter spools
with 3 bores. Aluminum spindles run on ball bearings.
What are the specifications for Space Saver
BPO 2000?
This heavy-duty payoff stand is similar to model BPO 1000
but accepts eight 250 lb. spools as large as 16 in diameter
with 5 bores. In addition to its mechanical tensioning
system, BPO 2000 also has an electric brake on each spindle
to overcome the greater inertia of the heavier spools. Floor
space in only 34 x 41, and the stands nest behind
one another to reduce floor space even further.
