QUICKLY ADJUSTED, EASY LOADING PAY-OFFS & TAKE-UPS

quickly adjusted for different reel diameters and widths to
save time and eliminate problems caused by stand changes and
jacking.
A built-in, beveled edge allows reels to be easily rolled
into place by a single person without the use of fork lifts,
cranes or hoists. Proven in more than 30 years of continuous
service in wire and cable plants, all Huestis Industrial pay-off
and take-up stands feature heavy-duty welded steel construction.
Pay-off stands feature a smooth and reliable mechanical,
electrical or pneumatic braking system that applies back tension
to eliminate pay-off pulsation and associated cable rejects.
Powered, portable and small foot print models are available
for large reels, temporary jobs or limited plant space. Take-up
models rely on a dependable hardened-steel gear drive built
for long, hard service. Drive and control systems can be
tailored to meet specific application needs including constant
tension/ speed, dynamic braking and rapid acceleration/
deceleration.
