BENDMASTER® II BENDS A WIDE RANGE OF TUBES,
WIRES AND BARS

RI — Huestis Industrial's Bendmaster® II bends a
wide range of ferrous and nonferrous tubes, wires and bars
from .059” - 1.25” in diameter and accommodates
materials with fittings, beads and other irregularities with
optional special collets.
Bendmaster II is offered in two versatile, reliable and easy
to operate configurations for varying material sizes. Self-prompting
PC compatible programming offers duplication and repeatability
unequaled by any other American manufacturer.
The versatility to jump from one run to another without extensive
setup allows Bendmaster II operators to meet tight Just-In-Time
(JIT) delivery schedules or supply prototypes for research
and development that less than a decade ago required elaborate
equipment dedicated to specific applications.
An adjustable hopper auto-feeds precut lengths up to 6 1/2'
with an option to handle lengths as long as 13'. Self-prompting
software allows operators to easily create complex multiple
bend components and complete tooling and program changes in
minutes.
Maintenance requirements are minimal due to a pneumatic design
that is cleaner than potentially leaky hydraulic systems.
Precise and repeatable rotation, feed and bend movements are
performed by highly accurate, very powerful closed-loop servo
motors. Pneumatic cylinders, in conjunction with worm and
rack & pinion gearing duplicate jobs rapidly with excellent
repeatability.
