Huestis Medical takes great pride in the built-in features
that contribute to our overall accuracy and reliability.
In order to ensure that the specifications and performance
of your Huestis Medical equipment is within recommended tolerances,
periodic inspection and maintenance is required.
Service Department
If you would like to have assistance, telephone support or
service for more intricate Huestis Medical products like Styroformer®,
Compucutter®, Compuformer®, or the HuestisCascade
NT radiotherapy simulator contact our Service Manager,

Our comprehensive Service Department offers maintenance,
parts and has extensive experience in verifying the proper
alignment and operation of your Huestis Medical equipment.
Our One Preventative Maintenance Inspection (1PMI)
can be scheduled as a one-time visit, or as part of an annual
program. In this comprehensive analysis, we will schedule
an entire day for the visit, during which we perform maintenance,
service and calibration of your machine.

Replacement Parts
Many of our smaller products, like Flexiholder®
utilize easily replaceable components that may be ordered
and replaced directly.

Returned Goods
Returned goods will
not be accepted or credited without prior authorization from
Huestis Medical. Please assist us by requesting a return authorization
indicating the reason for your return or exchange accompanied
by a copy of your packing slip.
Materials made to order are not returnable. All returned
goods are subject to a restocking charge and refinishing or
repackaging charge as necessary. All returned goods must be
in our possession within 30 days of our authorization, and
shipped prepaid.
Address all request for repairs and service to our Bristol,
RI facility, labeled "ATTENTION REPAIRS". Please
make certain to include your Return Authorization number on
the outside of the package. Please also include your return
address and daytime telephone number so that we will be able
to inform you of any charges relating to the repair as well
as the return of your equipment in a timely manner.
