How do I order online?

Huestis Medical has built a global distribution system that provides our customers with knowledge, service, a warranty claim process, product promotion through an active sales force, trade shows, advertising, and “real people” to talk to for help or information. We consider this to be the largest, finest distribution system in our industry.

At this time, Huestis Medical does not want to be restrictive and retain e-commerce for itself. Huestis Medical has delegated its e-commerce business to its distributor network so they will have the benefit and responsibility for this new market. See our e-commerce policy for more.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and NOVUS (Discover).
We also accept Irrevocable and Confirmed Letters of Credit. See our bank information page for details.

Why isn't my browser working with your site?

Although our site is designed for use with widely accepted versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, (including Internet Explorer 3.0 and Netscape Navigator 3.0 and later), some browsers like AOL, and WebTV may experience technical difficulties with online rendering of some images or scripts. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, or Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later to fully experience our site.

I can't find what I'm looking for. Can I search for it?
