ADMINISTRATION

January 15, 2008

Steve Szeglin – General Manager – Steve oversees all facets of the Huestis operating companies. He has Bachelors and Masters degrees and over 35 years of experience in radiology, radiation therapy, and nuclear medicine. Steve worked for over 12 years as a Clinical Physicist before joining the commercial community. He oversees the operations at the Bristol - RI, Taunton - MA, and Gilberts - IL plants, as well as future business developments.

David Reis - Director of Operations - Dave has held the position of Controller for Huestis/ARI for several years and has been handling much more than his own duties during his tenure. David is now responsible for the day to day operations at the Taunton facility and will work very closely with his Sales, Production and Technical department heads. Dave is known for his tremendous enthusiasm for the company and its commitment to excellence.

Rosemary Carlisle - Senior Administrative Assistant/ISO Manager - Rosemary joined Huestis in April of 2001 and came to us with a strong Customer Service background. She was assigned some ISO related duties in 2002 and received her ISO Auditor Accreditation in 2003. She was promoted to ISO Manager in 2006 and has been handling all our ISO Certification duties since that time. She is an integral part of the Huestis/ARI family.

Shanna Souza - Administrative Assistant - Shanna joined us in May of 2006 and has been working part time since then. She handles Customer Service and several administrative duties, as well as our front desk duties. Shanna also comes to us with a strong Customer Service background and it is evident in her professionalism on the phones.

Richard Szeglin - Purchasing - Rich comes to us from the automotive parts industry and has been an excellent fit in our purchasing department. Rich spent his prior 5 years in purchasing/sales in the automotive parts industry and acquired several skills that accent our inventory, parts and purchasing processes. He maintains our parts web site which he also designed.

Tim Duarte - Best Medical Parts - Tim joined Huestis in January of 2007 and was responsible for our warehouse and forklift duties. He also disassembled and pressure washed all incoming equipment prior to being sent to Prep. Tim recently assumed the duties of the newly acquired "Best Medical Parts" business, a used parts supplier. Tim works closely with Sharon and Bruce Harper as we transition the business to it's new headquarters in Taunton, MA.

SALES

Daniel Bond – Sales Coordinator - Dan brings 17 years of RF assembly experience at Huestis to his new position. Dan is responsible for Sales and Marketing of the entire Huestis/ARI product line. Dan always responds to new challenges with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. He will handle your Sales related questions and provide sales quotes for our entire product line.

TECHNICAL

Jim Duarte – Director of Engineering - Jim has 25 years as a Senior Field Service Engineer with Siemens Medical Solutions. Jim is responsible for the day to day operations of the Engineering and Technical departments, as well as the implementation of new product development. In his years with Siemens, he was responsible for servicing general radiography and fluoroscopy systems, portables and c-arms, and several Cardiology and Angiography Imaging suites. He brings years of customer care experience and technical training to our facility.

Al Hillenbach - Service Engineer - Al joined Huestis with a strong GE Medical background. He worked for GE in New England and New York for 14 years and prior to that, was a member of CGR's service team for about 15 years in the New York area. He demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the GE products we remanufacture and is a valuable member of our Technical Team.

Fred Dowd - Service Engineer - Fred spent 5 years with Picker in their service organization, 12 years as a service engineer and service manager for a Phillips dealer followed by 8 years with Shimadzu North America. He then partnered in an independent Radiology service firm for 8 years and rejoined Shimadzu North America for another 5 years. Fred then started his own independent service organization and operated that until joining Huestis in 2007. Add them up... that's a lot of years in radiology Service!

Mike Higgins - Engineering Technician - Mike comes to us from a Radiology Installation and Service background. Before that, he spent many years in the airline industry in the service and maintenance divisions of several local airlines. He shows a strong work ethic and attention to detail which we're sure comes from his airline background.

Ken Perreault - Engineering Technician - Ken has been with Huestis in the Production Department since 2005 and, having a strong electronic background, was recently transferred to the technical group. Ken is responsible for building and testing our custom interfaces as well as initial turn-on testing, adjustment and calibration.

John Pellegrini – QA/Training Coordinator - During his 14 years at Huestis, John has held many positions; Assembler, Lead Man, Production Coordinator, Team Leader and Production Manager. John has continuously demonstrated his abilities throughout the years. He will be responsible for management of our training program and final quality inspections before our equipment leaves our factory. John's tremendous "attention to detail" makes him the perfect candidate for the position.

PRODUCTION

Tony Pacheco – Production Manager – Tony joined Huestis in 1996 and has held positions as Lead Tech and shop Foreman. He has a passion for his work and the company’s products. Tony is our Urology Table, Mammography, and CT specialist. He is responsible for coordinating all facets of our remanufacturing process in our Taunton facility.

- Adam Gracia - Lead Production Tech - Adam has been with Huestis since February of 2001 and has held the position of Lead Production Tech since 2004. His skills include mechanical design, welding & fabrication as well as all facets of the Huestis production line.

- Jason Haskell - Production Tech - Jay is the newest member of our team and joined Huestis in September of 2007. He has a very strong mechanical background and also assists with some of the driving duties.

- Jim Wilson Medeiros - Production Tech - Jim joined us in July of 2004 and has been learning the production process and honing his skills ever since. He is responsible for base table builds through pre-stage.

- Mark Vasconcellas - Production Tech - Mark came to us with a very strong mechanical and machinist background in December of 2006. Mark is also versatile in welding, fabrication, machining as well as all aspects of the production line.

- Jeff Pimental - Production Trainee - Recently joined the Huestis/ARI staff and is currently enrolled in our production training program.

- Rob Marsden - Production Trainee - Recently joined the Huestis/ARI staff and is currently enrolled in our production training program.

- Orlando Rosario - Transportation & Production Tech - Orlando joined Huestis in September of 2006 and is for equipment transportation. He drives our 18 wheeler with your equipment to your site and is responsible for the mechanical installation with your Dealer's personnel. When not on the road, Orlando helps with equipment tear down and cleaning prior to Prep.

- Mike Diniz - Paint/Prep Tech - Mike joined Huestis early in 2007 as a Paint and Prep Technician. Mike sees that the all equipment being readied for remanufacture is cleaned, sanded and has received a fresh coat of paint.

- Tyler Thielker - Bristol Plymouth Auto Body Work/Study Program - Tyler comes to us from Bristol Plymouth's work/study program and is a senior there. He plans to stay on here after graduation and pursue a career in our Paint/Prep Shop.

- Krystal Campbell - Bristol Plymouth Auto Body Work/Study Program - Krystal also comes to us from the Work/Study Program at B-P and works every other week in our Paint/Prep shop.
