Our diagnostic imaging experts Huestis ARI (American Radiographics), located in the Boston area, and Chicago based Huestis Pro-Tronics, offer unmatched quality, performance and reliability.

Each remanufactured system is supplied with all necessary electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic upgrades for crisp imaging and better than new operation. In addition, we furnish each piece of equipment with detailed labeling and complete documentation.

Dedicated Facilities

Our dedicated Huestis Medical remanufacturing facilities are specifically designed for our process, employing specialty remanufacturing stations and ample distribution capabilities, including full staging areas and comprehensive replacement parts departments.

The main Huestis Medical remanufacturing facility located in Taunton, Massachusetts has approximately 25,000 square feet of space. This includes seven (7) full staging bays, two (2) machine shop rooms, and dedicated welding and drill press areas. Our OSHA compliant painting area includes a full prep room and dedicated paint booth.

Our facility in Gilberts, Illinois has approximately 9,500 square feet of space. This site has twelve (12) staging areas for portable X-ray systems, machine shop and welding areas, and a complete paint prep and paint room area. Easily expandable, several additional staging areas are readily available to accommodate increased production requirements.

Better Than New

Our remanufactured imaging systems are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. At forty to sixty percent cost savings over new equipment, we open the door to new opportunities and savings for many facilities. These savings can be applied elsewhere to bridge the gap to other equipment or technologies like PACS and teleradiology for improved patient care. Huestis Medical enables large, average and even small facilities to provide current, state-of-the-art diagnostic health care.

More Than a Makeover

Our thoroughly remanufactured systems offer much more than a pretty paint job. Each unit is supplied with all necessary electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic upgrades for crisp imaging and like new operation. Only after a complete inspection and exacting standards have been met does painting begin. After surface preparation, textured catalyst paint is applied in an OSHA -compliant spray booth. In addition to a complete paint and preparation area, a major part of each Huestis Medical facility is devoted entirely to parts inventory.

Complete Compatibility

During system compatibility staging, components are assembled exactly as they would be at your facility. To ensure absolute accuracy, we design all systems from required blueprints of clinical applications. All Huestis remanufactured equipment is guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. As a further, “eyewitness” check, Huestis invites its customers to inspect their equipment - prior to shipping - at the factory. In this way, satisfaction is assured even before delivery is taken.

Door-to-Door Control

Controlling shipping dramatically reduces the amount of time it takes to put a system to productive use. Our fleet delivers equipment anywhere in the USA. Our International department provides worldwide service. Once on-site within a hospital or imaging center, Huestis personnel assist with initial installation. Within six hours of arrival under normal delivery condition, ceiling suspensions are in, tables are on their bases, and cabinets are located in the room ready for wiring.
