My name is Krishnan
Suthanthiran, President of Best Medical International and the new
owner of American Radiographics, Inc. (ARI) in Taunton, Massachusetts.
We purchased ARI along with the other Huestis companies located in
Gilberts, Il, and Bristol, RI, eight months ago. Since then we have
added many new capabilities to ARI. We are expanding our
facilities and providing $500,000 for research and development and an
additional $500,000 to purchase inventory to expedite deliveries.
Today, Huestis/ARI is part of TeamBest and we have more than 250
employees working globally in Cardiology, Oncology, Radiology and

products from Huestis Medical/ARI with the same excellence that we
have been known for during the past 20 years. Prices and quotes
provided to you earlier are still valid. Association with TeamBest
will provide a broader product sales opportunity for dealers, with
both the existing TeamBest product offerings as well as new product
introductions such as CT, MRI, Mammography units, etc. We value our
relationships with our dealers and distributors and will continue to
serve you with expanded product offerings.

We have regularly scheduled meetings
among the senior staff and engineers for all of our companies to
expand our research activities and evaluate new business
opportunities. Should you know of anyone interested in working
with us in any capacity, we would be very interested in hearing from

distribution of new products. We are investing several million
dollars to continue to strengthen and grow TeamBest. |

Huestis Medical/ARI is a founding member
of International Association of Medical Equipment Remarketers and
Servicers (IAMERS). We are proud to recognize the following

individuals have over 75 years of combined experience in every aspect of
our industry, from installations and de-installations, to trade shows
to one-on-one training and support for our customers. |

David Reis, it was announced on Friday, June 22, has been
promoted to Director of Operations at ARI. Dave has been
Controller for Huestis/ARI for several years and has been
handling much more than his own duties during his tenure. David
will be responsible for the day to day operations at the
Taunton facility and will work very closely with his Sales,
Production and Technical department heads. Dave is known for
his tremendous
enthusiasm for the company and its commitment to excellence.

| Daniel Bond – Sales
Coordinator - Dan brings 17 years of RF assembly
experience at Huestis to his new position. Dan is responsible
for Sales and Marketing of the entire Huestis/ARI product
line. Dan always responds to new challenges with
a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. He will handle
your Sales related questions and provide sales quotes for our
entire product line. |

| Tony
Pacheco
- Production
Manager
– Tony has been with us for over 12 years.
He has served as Lead Tech and Shop Foreman.
Tony has a tremendous passion for his work and the
company’s products. He
is our Urology Table, Mammography, and CT specialist. |

| Jim Duarte – Director of
Engineering - Jim comes to us with 25 years as a Senior
Field Service
Engineer for Siemens Medical Solutions. Jim will be
responsible for the day to day operations of the Engineering
and Technical departments, as well as the implementation of new product development.
In his years with Siemens, he was responsible for servicing
general radiography and fluoroscopy
systems, portables and c-arms, and several Cardiac/Angiography Imaging
suites. He brings years of
customer care experience and technical training to our
facility. |

| Steve
Szeglin has been appointed as General Manager of
all Huestis operating companies.
He has Bachelors and Masters degrees and over 35 years
of experience in radiology, radiation therapy, and nuclear
medicine.
Steve worked for over 12 years as a Clinical Physicist
before joining the commercial community.
He will oversee the operations at the Bristol, RI,
Taunton, MA, and Gilberts, IL plants. |

TeamBest has a policy of treating its
